Refund policy

As a policy, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order. We do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. Inc ase of a manufacturing defect, once the product is received, it will be inspected by our quality-control team to verify authenticity and your amount will be refunded on compliance with the below:
1) Product needs to be in the original condition with tags. Used products are not accepted.
2) Customers are required to return the product themselves for areas that are beyond the serviceable pin code.

An order can be cancelled before it has been processed, typically within 24 hours of being placed, for a full refund. All refunds will be initiated within a maximum of 3 working days and may take between 5-15 days to reflect in your system, depending on the policies of your bank. An order cannot be cancelled once processed.
