At Amouve, we strive to ensure every customer receives their order in excellent condition. This policy outlines shipping, returns, cancellations and refunds for our kapok mattresses, kapok pillows, organic bedding, luxury bath towels and other home essentials.
Returns Policy
Amouve accepts returns only in the following cases:

We do not offer returns or refunds for reasons other than those listed above.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition.

Original tags and packaging must be intact.

Used or damaged products are not eligible for return.
Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected by our quality control team. Refunds will be processed only after the return has been approved.
Return Collection
For serviceable locations within India, Amouve will arrange return pickup wherever possible.
For locations outside our serviceable return network, customers may be required to ship the product back to us.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed after successful inspection of the returned product.
Where applicable, the refund amount will be issued after deducting original shipping charges.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider and banking institution.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before processing, typically within 24 hours of being placed.

Once an order has entered production or shipment, it cannot be cancelled.
Delivery & Shipping Policy
For shipments within India, customers are required to provide the OTP shared via email and SMS at the time of delivery.
Couriers typically attempt delivery twice.
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or refuses to provide the OTP, the shipment may be returned to Amouve.
In such cases, a reshipping fee may apply.

Can I return a kapok mattress or kapok pillow?
Returns cannot be made for mattresses, sofas or any customized products. For the rest of the goods, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect products received.
